Shipping: We use the US Postal Service for shipping. Shipping cost (both domestic and international) will be calculated at checkout. You can also get a shipping estimate at any time by viewing your shopping cart and using the shipping calculator. We charge actual shipping costs, plus a small packaging and handling fee.
Most orders are processed in two to three business days but it may take as long as a week. You will receive a confirmation email when your order ships.
Shipping Options: Once an order has been shipped, we no longer have control of your order and it becomes the responsibility of the Postal Service. Shipping, tracking and insurance options:
- Express (US) - insured, has tracking number, shipping time is 1-2 business days
- Priority (US) - NOT insured, has tracking number, shipping time is 2-4 business days
- Express Mail International - insured, has tracking number, shipping time is 5-7 business days
- First Class Mail International - NOT insured, NO tracking number, shipping time is 10-15+ business days **NOTE that we offer this as a low-cost shipping option, but be aware that there is no way to track the package, is not insured for loss, and we are not able to guarantee delivery or replace your order if it is lost** Very few packages are lost, but it can happen.
Once your order has left our facility, we cannot be responsible for the delivery of the package.
Returns: We do our best to provide quality products and believe you will be fully satisfied with your purchase. Unfortunately we are unable to accept returns. All sales are final. However, we will do our best to resolve any issues that arise.
